I was the lead drafter for this project, and guided it through permitting and construction including issuing RFI’s and ASI’s.
Located in West Linn, Oregon, Willamette Coffee House is an established business with dedicated regulars. When they decided to relocate, maintaining the welcoming aesthetic while creating an efficient kitchen workspace was a top priority.
Willamette Coffee House re-opened January 4th, 2024.
