- Worked with Perkins-Eastman on the interior design of the Prince Mohammad University Hospital for Perkins-Eastman, including drafting conceptual sketches, working in Revit to coordinate with the architecture, and produce technical details.

- Was the lead drafter on five projects including Willamette Coffee House in West Linn, X-Golf’s Beaverton location, and the addition of three classrooms to Emmanuel Church in Portland. Worked on commercial, mixed use, multi-family, community, indoor grow, and laboratory projects.
- Creating conceptual designs and and visual representations for clients to take to community meetings, use in promotions, and determine development potential.
- Assessed city and county zoning codes for projects in jurisdictions across the country, with a focus in Portland and Clackamas County in Oregon.
- Worked with clients and building departments to guide eight projects through permitting, responding to RFI’s and issuing ASI’s.
- Redesigned the greenboxpdx.com and greenboxpro.com websites to better express the range of work we conduct, including custom coding in html, css, and javascript.
Design Assistant, UO Housing Capital Construction

Managing the design and construction of the University of Oregon’s dorms and housing.
- Coordinated with Rowell Brokaw Architects, Fortis Construction and numerous subcontractors on behalf of the University of Oregon to ensure a high standard of work on new construction including Unthank Jr. Hall.
- Coded custom submittal stamps in Bluebeam for the housing department to make comments quickly and professionally, reducing submittal review time and improving the clarity of responses.
- Created and managed the upload of 3000 MEP assets to the UO AiM system for Unthank Hall, categorizing them with documentation and warranty information for easy access in the future.
- Researched Eugene zoning changes in South Eugene, and developed a report for the UO board of trustees on how they affected potential development opportunities on the East Campus blocks.
- I was in charge of the remodel of several offices and workstations in Bean Hall, including working with vendors to procure furniture.

Barriers to Creating and Accessing Affordable Housing in Portland, OR.
- Developed a thorough research plan and worked with the UO Institutional Review Board to get approval for human subjects research.
- Interviewed over 20 houseless and housing insecure people, service workers, developers, and architects, collecting both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Combined the analysis of the interviews and surveys with a thorough analysis of existing research and case studies centered in Portland, OR.
- Defended the thesis to a committee of three professors and experts in the field. Received an honorable mention for presenting the research at the Undergraduate Research Symposium.
Producer, Portland Winter Light Festival 2022

Shaping Light: Presented in the historic White Stag Building as part of the Portland Winter Light Festival
- Worked with Professor Nancy Cheng to create a large scale light sculpture. The final installation included over 60’ of undulating fabric, two projectors, and was visible from the Burnside Bridge.
Producer and Researcher, Duff’s Covid Café
DECEMBER 2020 – APRIL 2021
A virtual gathering of designers focused on finding the connection between art, music, science, and design.
- Conducted in-deapth research on topics ranging from marine chronometers to the Ise Jingu shrine in Japan and presented them to a weekly virtual audience of up to 40 viewers.
- Provided technical assistance to other presenters and provided helpful links to other presenters.
Film Composer, JML Films – Call Harry
MARCH 2016 – JANUARY 2017
Composed the score for Call Harry, a short film by Sambaran Chatterjee.
- I used Logic Pro to compose the score for Piano, frequently meeting with the director and producer to create a soundtrack that enhanced their vision for the film.
- The film premiered at WeWork on October 18th, 2017, and was later shown at the Golden State Film Festival. In June 2018, the film was screened at the Classic Pianos Recital Hall, followed by a Q & A session with myself and the director on the process of composing for a film score.
House Concert Doorman, Abbie Weisenbloom Presents
MAY 2009 – PRESENT
Weekly House Concert series featuring a potluck and touring artists from around the world.
- Ran the door, collected donations for musicians, and sold their merchendice, ultimately collecting over half a million dollars in donations for local artists over the past 14 years.
- Provided assistance to guests, set up the stage and seating, cooked food, and generally prepared the house before every show.
- Assisted in setting up the virtual streaming of the shows, initially to a local streaming service (concert window) and currently on YouTube. I also operate a multi-camera setup to stream the shows.
